Appointments can be booked online or by calling the clinic at 604-371-1722. Any coupons for discounted services must be booked by phone or email. Some services require a deposit at the time of booking; please see the section below on deposits for more information.

New clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to you appointment to allow time for you to fill out forms.
For consideration to all clients, booked appointments will be held to a maximum of 10 minutes . This is to maintain that all clients start their appointments on time. If you are late to your appointment this may result in the lost of your deposit, having to prepay future appointments in full at booking and/or a decrease in your appointment time. Please be considerate to Skin Effects Laser Clinic as well as to the next client by being on time.
Please come to your appointment without children as they are not permitted in the treatment room.

Arriving 10 or more minutes late to an appointment may result in a cancelled appointment and the loss of your deposit.
After Hours Appointments
Appointments made after regular clinic hours (i.e., from 6-8pm Monday through Friday or Saturday from 10am-3pm) are only confirmed with the receipt of a NON –Refundable deposit. These appointments are only available for in clinic purchased treatments. They are not valid for COUPONS, GROUPONS or GIFT CERTIFICATES. These appointments must be cancelled or changed within 48 hours to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Regular clinic hours, Monday to Friday 10-6.
Your appointments are very important to Skin Effects Laser Clinic and they are reserved specifically for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule you MUST give 48 hours notice.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule you must do so within the allotted time frame to avoid cancelation/rescheduling fees.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving the appropriate notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients that are on my waiting lists miss the opportunity to receive services.
It is your responsibility to remember your appointments but as a courtesy to you, Skin effects Laser Clinic will send out reminders via email and/or text 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, providing you have your cell # and/or Email on file with us. Your appointment day:
Please arrive on time for your appointment; if you are tardy this can result in a shorter treatment time for you. If you are a current client and are receiving a new treatment please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the appropriate forms.
If it is your first time visiting us please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to fill out forms so we can start your appointment promptly.
If you arrive 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be required to pay a rescheduling fee.

- Rescheduling fee if not made within the allotted time frame (2nd offence) $25.00+Deposit.
- Rescheduling fee if not made within the allotted time frame (3rd offence) $25 + Full treatment cost + all future treatments paid in full at time of booking.
- Cancellation fee if made in the allotted time frame $0.00.
- Cancellation fee if NOT made in the allotted time frame (single treatment) Full cost of treatment.
- Cancellation fee if NOT made in the allotted time frame (package) Forfeit 1 treatment.
- Missed appointments Full cost of treatment or 1 Forfeited treatment.

All deposits are NON-refundable.
Repeat offenders will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment at booking to confirm their appointment. Cancelation and Rescheduling fees apply.
All fees must be paid in FULL before any future treatments can commence.
Consultations require a booking fee of $25. The booking fee will be credited to any future treatments.
All Groupons that have expired will be redeemable for its monetary value towards any regularly price treatment. Groupons MUST be used within 90 days of purchase. Appointments made after the expiry date will not be redeemed for the monetary value only.
Single treatment Groupon-must be used within 90 days of purchase.
Package of 3 or 6 treatments- 1st Groupon redemption within 90 days of purchase, remaining treatments will be extended but must be used within 6 months from 1st treatment.
Please note if you have remaining treatments after these dates your Groupon will be considered expired and if there is any monetary value left it can be applied to future treatments.
All previous Groupon purchasers can recommend family and friends to the clinic for a "GROUPON" rate and in turn will receive $10 account credit that can be used towards any regular priced treatment.
Please note there is pay parking out front of the building, $2.25 per 90 minutes. If your appointment is longer than 90 minutes I suggest parking in the hospital parking lot which is adjacent to the building. It allows longer parking periods.
If you have the PAY BY PHONE app you can choose longer parking periods for the Murrayville Health Care Centre parking lot (Use Hang Tag). The code is 1516 for the Langley Memorial Hospital parking lot and 1661 for the Murrayville Health Care Centre parking lot, which is where we are located.
